Spaghetti in red wine with sprouts and mascarpone
Spaghetti cooked in red wine takes on a marked taste, balanced by mascarpone which gives the pasta a creamy and sweet note. The sprouts add a pop of colour. try also this polenta gnocchi with gorgonzola recipe too.
Ingredients
Main course For 4 people
5 dl of red wine
5 dl of water
salt
400 g of spaghetti
2 tablespoons of olive oil
160 g of mascarpone
100 g of Power Mix sprouts
pepper from the pepper mill

How to proceed
Preparation: approx. 30 minutes
Bring the wine to a boil with the water. Salt and boil the spaghetti al dente. Drain and let them drain, then mix them with the oil. Spread the spaghetti on the plates and toss with a spoonful of mascarpone and a handful of sprouts. Season with ground pepper.
